Hi. I have 2.0 installed and, perhaps this is a stupid question, but I was wondering if there's a way to post a system-wide announcement. There are times that I need to post the same announcement in each class and it would be great to be able to do this as the admin. Or even select which courses to have the announcement posted to.
Is this currently possible?

Thanks Greg. That wouldn't post the info. as an announcement though... would it? Wouldn't that be sending everyone an inbox message?

This tool sends announcements by email. It does not post to a public announcements board. Public announcements is not currently a feature.
This might be something the community could create as a module. It would not be too difficult.

Ok. I'm putting it on my list for summer development. If I come up with something good, I'll let you know.
If I end up doing it in a hard-code way instead of as a module, would you still want it?
