How do I remove the browse courses from version 1.6.1 I looked at the forum today and couldn't find anything that helped with this version. It seems that the older versions it was easier to remove. I can't seem to find how in this version.

There's a "course browser" setting in System Preference. If its not there (I don't recall when we added it) you can remove the browse courses link by removing its reference in $_pages[AT_NAV_PUBLIC] array of include/lib/menu_pages.php.
You should probably get upgraded soon. We are no longer supporting the 1.6 series.

Thank you. I'm planning on upgrading here in the next couple of weeks. But at the moment we can't have any down time in the system. I actually found a small work around for hiding the course. I changed the hidden value in the course table in the database so that it didn't show up but still kept it public. Thanks for the help
