    You'll obviously get a biased answer here.

    Perhaps a better question would be is SCORM or IMS Common Cartridge better. In my opinion SCORM is rather narrow in its approach to delivering standardize learning content. Common cartridge is much more flexible, and has been the approach we have take to implementing content interoperability in ATutor. SCORM is loosing ground as a content interoperability standard.
