    Course properties link not visible in Manage

    As a instructor, I want to change course properties but
    Course Properties link is not visible in Manage tab?


    ATutor Version: 2.0.3(r11495 - 2011-09-13 13:27:29).
    PHP Version: 5.3.5
    MySQL Version: 5.1.49-community

    Its called "Properties" under the Manage tab. I'm not sure how it could be missing.
