    Test Graphic Matching question displays no embedded pictures

    After change of the Webhost service, I installed the actual version of ATutor (2.0.3) on a "clean" system and a new SQL database. The Backup of all courses froms Version 1.6.3, went without any severe problems. Except in the tests, the questions with graphic matching does not work. Instead of the embedded pics only the alternate text ist displayed partially. Even the Alt text is chopped. During in Firefox only the background color can be seen, in Safari and IE the replacement logo for "picture not found" can be seen.

    Even the design of new questions, upload of new pictures, the problem remains. Various picture formats were tested. The Filemengaer seems to work fine. In the edit mode of questions, he shows all directories and pictures properly. Also uploading of new pictures works without any problems. The code for embedding the pictures and the lt text seems to be correct as well. In the attached PDF you can found some screenshots of the essential worksteps.

    Any recommendations are welcome.
    The system setup is as follows:


    Operating system ATutor is installed on - Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64
    ATutor version - 2.0.3
    Patch #s applied - r11495
    ATutor theme name - Default 2.0.2
    PHP version - 5.3.8
    MySQL version - 5.1.60

    Web browser being used - Firefox 10.0, Safari 5.1.2

    Graphics or pictures dont register in atutor lecture pages

    If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.
    I am a new atutor 2.0.2 user with little or no programming knowledge. The problem is... while creating courses, text documents register well but pictures or graphic elements don't. You talked about patch 05. How do i use it to correct the bug. Pls assist.
    Things to describe:
    Operating system ATutor is installed on - linux
    ATutor version - 2.0.2
    Patch #s applied - unable to apply patch 05
    ATutor theme name - atutor default theme 2.0.2
    PHP version -5.2.9
    MySQL version -5.0.92 community
    Webserver & version - firefox
    Copies of error messages -
    Changes to default settings -
    Web browser being used - Firefox

    We we are limited to creating patches for the current version of ATutor only.

    You can upgrade to 2.0.3 to take advantage of the fix, or if you need to stay with the older version, support tickets are available, which could be used to have us create a patch for your version.
