Cant save new user in AContent
Acontent running on Redhat Linux 5.7, Apache 2.2.19.
When I go to create a new user, it does not save. No error is shown or in error log.

Have not encounter this problem before. Don't think it would be RedHat related. Sounds like a possible browser issue.
Have you tried with a different browser, or by accessing AContent from a browser on a different computer? -

I found a Windows 7 computer and tried it there. I still get the message "Action Completed Successfully", but the new user is not there. If I buy a support ticket, can you fix it on my machine?

The issue has been confirmed and a bug report has been filed: http://atutor.ca/atutor/mantis/view.php?id=4943
Feel free to monitor the bug status.
You don't have to buy a ticket for it. We will hopefully issue a patch to fix it.
In the meantime, an alternative to create new users is via the "register" link on the home page.
