  Testspolls type of question

  Hello, I need to insert a poll with a question of this type: one or multiple options but one option with a field of text. For example:
  
  - question: What's your job?
  
  - answers:
  
  1. Postman
  2. Teacher
  3. Other (write) ___________
  
  Can anyone help me? Sorry my english. Thanks a lot.

  There is no open text input for multiple choice questions, though you could try something like, "If Other describe in 3a", or something like that, and create a second text entry question.
