    Error

    Hello:

    First at all, im apoligize for my english.

    I have a problem with ATutor:
    - Versin de ATutor: 2.0.2(r10589
    -Versin PHP: 5.2.10-2ubuntu6.5
    -Versin MySQL:5.1.41-3ubuntu12.8
    -OS:Linux 2.6.32-24-generic

    In all the chapters, I have got a error
    "[AT_INFOS_PRETEST_FAILED]" in the top of the page. What can I do?

    This error is given in the case that you've failed at taking the pretest(s) that's associated with the content you'd like to view. The concept of the pretest is that the student must pass it (or them if more than one has defined) to prove his/her knowledge level before viewing the content.

    What you can do,
    1. Re-visit the intention of pretest to ensure you do want students to pass it before viewing the content. If viewing all the chapters are giving this error, likely the pretest is defined at your root chapter that is applied to all its sub-chapters and sub-pages;

    2. Edit the pretest property, increase the "Attempts Allowed" so that the student could try again if he/she ever failed.
