  UTF8 Conversion issue in description course Text box

  Hi,
  
  I've found the following issue and I'm not sure what's is wrong.
  
  Attached is an screenshot.
  
  As you can see in the image, the UTF characters are displayed correctly in the description field, but not in the yellow text box (pop-up) which appears when the mouse is in description.
  
  Do you know what can be the root cause of the issue?

  It could be a problem with the "Ice blues" themes. I don't have that theme in my system but check into themes/<ice blue theme name>/users/browse.tmpl.php and replace "htmlentities" with "htmlentities_utf8"
