Course Add Test Question bank not available

  As shown on the screenshots I have questions in my question-bank, but they're not available when trying to add them to a test.
  
  Has anyone encountered this before?

  You would appear to be on the Questions screen where questions appear after they have been added to a test. Click on Add Questions in the sub navigation above to add questions.
  
  Otherwise add questions from the question bank seems to be working okay. If its still a problem, try reproducing it on our demo site, then describe the steps so we can reproduce it there ourselves.
