I am having trouble with Auto Enrolment.

It is only, "Pending Enrollment" two private courses out of seven with the error coming up after registration.

If I use "Require Email Confirmation Upon Registration" the student receives the email but same error occurs.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

    Re: Auto Enrolment Error

I'm unable to reproduce the error messages.

    Pending enrolment is normal.

    Re: Auto Enrolment Error

I hear you.... It must be difficult, there are so many versions of: Operating system, PHP, MySQL, Webserver and Web browsers. Not to mention the enormity of possible configurations. Reproducing every ones error messages would be impossible.

With my set-up combo, the Auto Enrolment has never worked properly over the internet even after reinstalling ATutor 2.0.2 three times, (e.g. one group of seven subjects, only two subjects successfully pend to a student and the other remaining five are lost). However Auto Enrolment works quite well on my root drive local windows based sever.

I have had problems with Auto Enrolment (other modules too) in previous versions and chose to ignore them. But now I have too many students and need it to work.

Finding the time to keep trying to make Atutor function has become difficult. Maybe it is time for me to move on, technology is moving so fast.

Thanks Greg for all your effort and time over the years to make Atutor available for free, I for one genuinely appreciate it.

    Re: Auto Enrolment Error

    I finally fixed the issue.

Un-checking "Email me when new enrollments require approval" allows Auto Enrolment to work properly when courses have been set to "Private".

    For me anyway.
