  Export test results

  I'm selecting and comparing different features of LMS to build a computer literacy class. Can ATutor track and export learners/users' test and examine results?

  You can export test results in a csv file.
  
  In the Test Manager, select a test, choose statistics, then select the submission statistics tab.
  
  You might login to the demo course and go to Manage>Tests&Surveys
