    Fatal Error

Suddenly I got this fatal error on my course page. Can anyone help?

Fatal error: Call to a member function printErrors() on a non-object in /webserver/content/courses.atutor.ca/docs/include/phpCache/phpCache.inc.php on line 527

    Re: Fatal Error

Seems php script doesn't have permission to write into either the cache folder or the cache file. But it's a bug that the fatal error is encountered in this case. I will file it into bug tracker.

In the meantime, turning off the cache would get rid of the error. To turn off the cache: login as admin -> system preference -> empty "cache directory"

    Re: Fatal Error

Thank you but I can not even access the login page. The address I use is http://courses.atutor.ca/login.php
From there I receive the same fatal area

Thank you! Do you know what the malfunction was? Is there something I can do to prevent this from happening again?

    Re: Fatal Error

Well, nothing to do with you or any user. Due to our recent server move, the course content directory becomes inaccessible by ATutor scripts. Re-granting the file/folder permissions fixes the issue.
