Browse Course Not Show All Courses

    Hi

I have an Atutor 2.0 that has all but patches 3 and 5, Installed.

    PHP -5.1.6
    SQL - 5.0.77
    OS - CentOS

    Linux 2.6.18-194.11.3.el5

We have 5 courses on the server. they are in different course categories. If you browse the course catalog before you login, set course access to "All" and Category to "All Categories" you see all the courses. If you login as an instructor or student and do the same it displays a course count of 5 (Correct) but only shows 4 courses in the list.

Re: Browse Course Not Show All Courses

Hm, we might have had a similar problem (though we can't reproduce it now).
Can you have a close look at any differences in the properties of these courses?
Can it be solved by moving the courses between categories or by opening course properties page and then saving them without changing anything?

Re: Browse Course Not Show All Courses

    Hi

I tried what you mentioned but it did not fix the issue. What's weird is that if you browse courses before you login it show them properly.

Re: Browse Course Not Show All Courses

Make sure the course is not set to hidden in course properties.

Re: Browse Course Not Show All Courses

None of the courses are sit to hidden. What makes it more weird is that if you type in the course name or browse to that category it is in you will find it.

Re: Browse Course Not Show All Courses

I am unable to access the training. The error says the webpage cannot be found. What can I do?

If you have the exact same issue feel free to post on this thread. If you have a different issue ( Ehish is what it sounds like) I suggest a different thread. I am not sure what your error could be .

Re: Browse Course Not Show All Courses

rene_iti I don't have an answer for you. The problem is not something we are able to reproduce.

If you investigate yourself and find the problem, do let us know.

My guess is a file has been corrupt. See the FAQs.
    http://www.atutor.ca/atutor/docs/faq.php#2

We need more detail to help, starting with a description of the server ATutor is running on.
