    Students can take the exams

    Hello...

    I've created a course with several tests for students, but when they try to access to them the mods/_standard/tests/test_intro.php?tid=xx they are redirected to mods/_standard/tests/my_tests.php and show the message "No test or survey found" (sorry if is not the exact message, I've configured the plataform only in spanish).

    Many of the tests are in date (should appear because the current date is between the publication and expiration date).

    Could it be in realtion of the patch #4?. Is the only change I remember applied.

    Reviewing things, I saw something wrong. I shouldn't applied the patch #3, because I don't have the correct Php version.

    ATutor version - 2.0
    Patch #s applied - 01,02,03,04
    ATutor theme name - Fluid
    PHP version - 5.02.13
    MySQL version - 5.0.90-community
    Webserver & version - Apache 2.02.15
    Copies of error messages -
    Changes to default settings -
    Web browser being used -
    ...and anything else relevant -

    If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.

    Does your test have questions added to it?

    It should not matter if you applied patch #3.

    Patch #4 should have no affect.

    Cannot reproduce. I tried logging in as a student within a patched server, and I didn't get a redirect.

    First of all, thank you for your answers.

    I'm sorry for the double post. I tried to change de subject and I thought I was editing the post.

    The tests have questions, in fact it have been working properly till a few days ago, and a couple of students could fill the test.

    I tried to modify the date of the publication of the exams but no aparent change happened.

    Maybe you can help us to trace down the problem a little bit.

    2. Can you list out the exact steps for this?

    I've imported the test named "Test del mdulo 3 - La factura" and seems to work properly, although I couldn't try with the student role.

    I forgot to mention that I can see all the tests perfectly with the instructor role, but the error hapens with the student role.

    I think that it could be in relation with the date format. The spanish format is day/month/year. When a student is redirected to the mods/_standard/tests/my_tests.php page, it only shows the completed tests. The date appears in a long int value showing when it was done (1281116661, for example)

    Ok. Can you tell me what the status is for the test?

    "Expired"? or "On Going"?

    Thank you so much, harris, for keeping triying with my trouble.

    Yesterday I decided to create a new course, import de contents from the old one, import the tests and everything seems to work properly, so the problem would be in relation with any configuration matter that I've not determined.

    If I finally find the solution I will post here.

    Thank you again greg and harris. I hope to be more useful to the atutor comunity next time.
