    How can I translate or edit the site

    I am using the Atutor 2.0 Beta2 version. The translation have not been released yet.
    Therefore, I wanna ask how can I edit the website myself?
    e.g. Edit the login page






    Things to describe:
    Operating system ATutor is installed on -
    ATutor version - ATutor 2.0 Beta2
    Patch #s applied -
    ATutor theme name - default
    PHP version - 5.1
    MySQL version - ,1
    Webserver & version -
    Copies of error messages -
    Changes to default settings -
    Web browser being used -
    ...and anything else relevant -

    In login page,
    changing "If you do not have an account on this system, please create a new account by clicking on the Register Button below." to "Welcome"
