Assignments missing for students

  Assignments missing for students

  I can make assignments, I see them in my instructor workspace, however, if I use my test user account I do not see them.
  
  What is wrong?

  Things to describe:
  Operating system ATutor is installed on - Mac OS X Leopard
  ATutor version - latest
  Patch #s applied - latest
  ATutor theme name - standard
  PHP version - 5.2.8
  MySQL version - 5.0.90
  Webserver & version - Apache 2.2.11
  Copies of error messages -
  Changes to default settings - none
  Web browser being used - Safari
  ...and anything else relevant - Site5 hosting

  Creatng an assignment sets up a space in File Storage for collecting handed in files. Otherwise, create an assignment like you might create a handout, perhaps as a content page, or maybe a file download.
  
  Students can handin files through their MyFiles area.

  Thanks Greg, I assumed student could see the assignments before creating the new file and linking it to an assignment.
  
  I tried this on my try-out course and I understand things now...
