  Test settings

  dear,
  I have a problem on the settings of the surveys and tests as in the png picture attached. The settings of Anonymous became Disabled. I can't change the settings. The strange thing is that this occurs in some tests but not in the others.
  I haven't realized what causes this. I need your help please.

  Patch #s applied - patches 01-11
  ATutor theme name - Atutor Default
  PHP version - 5.2.5
  MySQL version - 5.0.67-log
  Webserver & version -
  Copies of error messages -
  Changes to default settings -
  Web browser being used - Mozilla Firefox
  ...and anything else relevant -

  If there have been submissions for the test, anonymous is disabled. You would need to delete test results to re-enable it.

  ... which was going to be a temporary feature until a separate is_anonymous field is added to AT_tests_results, as far as I remember.
