  Passing tests before continue learning

  hello again :)
  
  i want to create (well actually i've it already created it hehe) a course divided in some units. I want students to pass an exam at the end of each unit so they can't go trough the next unit until they pass the text with a especific mark (or above of course)
  
  i have read something about packages and scorm, but since i read in another thread that scorm is no longer mantained for atutor, and i am using ims for exporting my course contents, i have no idea how to do this.
  
  i've used the "create course" tool in atutor instructor's page, then created some units with the "creat content" tool, with the "top level" as their parent. Finally, inside each unit, i created several sub-units, with "add subpage" course tool...
  
  i've also created a "testing" test for unit 1, but after creating categories, questions, etc., the only way i managed to put the test into unit 1, was editing the top page of that unit with "edit this page" course tool, and then clicking on "test&Surveys" tab at the right part of the page.
  
  i figured i am doing something wrong, or maybe this way is absolutelly different from the right way to do it.... :(

  A prerequisites test feature will be available in version 1.6.4 , coming in mid December. You can try the new features on the beta demo.

  To import/export IMS content, go to Manage>Content>Import/Export.
  
  Notice the ATutor Handbook linked from the footer of the page. You can search the Instructor Handbook for information like this.

  so there is no way to avoid students from starting the next lesson, once they have finished the previous one??
  
  what i want to do is this:
  
  start with lesson 1, then do an exam, and if they pass it (with 75% correct), start the next lesson

  ok thanks greg...hope this won't be a problem for my boss...hehe
