    upload size

Operating system ATutor is installed on -
    ATutor version - 1.6.3
    Patch #s applied -
    ATutor theme name - fluid
    PHP version - 5.1.6
    MySQL version - 5.0.77
    Webserver & version - apache 2.2.3
    Copies of error messages -
    Changes to default settings -
    Web browser being used -
    ...and anything else relevant -

I have used the admin account to increase the maximum file, course and course float size.

I have also increased through course properties the current course size and the max file size

I have also increased the php UploadMaxSize to 100M PostMaxSize to 100M MemoryLimit to 100M and increased the executiontime to 7200

However I am still getting a error stating that the largest size allowed in 10M

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

    Re: upload size

I'd guess you need to restart the web server to have the changes to php.ini take affect.

    Re: upload size

Thanks for your help Greg... I have done a restart, I wish to report that that the problem went away but sadly it didn't. :-(

    Any other suggestions? please

    Re: upload size

just a shot in the dark do you think it would have anything to do with cache directory? (no cache directory is listed in preferences)
Although I can't see how it would be the problem because I can upload files less than 10M... but I am a little desperate hehehehe

    Re: upload size

What you've described is the right way to go about increasing upload limits. I don't know what else to suggest. It's not a problem we've seen before.

Perhaps mention this to your provider.
