Detected a problem in the store file with comments, when the course is publish and a guest made a comment, and a user later enters the same course, the name of the guest is trampled by username.

I can't reproduce this. It seems fine, displaying the word "guest" when a guest user comments on a FS file.
Try to reproduce the problem on the atutur.ca demo site.
If you are using a language other than English, make sure "guest" has been translated.
