Downloading multiple images in a zip file truncates the last image

Downloading multiple images in a zip file truncates the last image

Maybe this should be in the bug tracker, but.....

When you select multiple images from file storage and click download it compiles the files into a .zip file and downloads it. On the last file/image, it truncates/corrupts the bottom part of the image.

I've confirmed this on the demo course on the test server. I uploaded three images (Tree, Waterfall, and Winter Leaves) into the Course Files workspace. Try to download them as a group of 3 or 2 and you'll see what I mean. When downloaded individually or viewed using the "Edit" button, they display fine.

This might sound like a trivial issue, but I believe it's having effects in other places in the way I use ATutor.

    Thanks!

Re: Downloading multiple images in a .zip file truncates the last image

The problem may be PHP related. I've confirmed the problem on the demo site, which uses php 5.2.5. On my local development system there's no problem, using php 5.2.6.

I've made a note in the bug tracker, though this is one of the bugs we may not be able to do anything about.

Re: Downloading multiple images in a .zip file truncates the last image

Ok. FYI, the php version on my server is PHP Version 5.2.9

Here's a link to the phpinfo.php file on my site if you want to see specifics (www.LIVEonlinemath.com/phpinfo.php)

    Thanks.

I suppose we'll monitor this. Any more info that might provide clues, can be added to the bug tracker at:
