    database question

    When you create a database, does it have to be called
    atutor?
    Is there data relationships that need it named to atutor.

    Call it anything (usually)

    In most cases you can call the database whatever you like, though that will depend on your MySQL account having create database privileges. Talk to your service provider about this.
