  content directory and permission

  What should be the default permission for the content directory?
  Should I choose the Group and World write permission?
  
  
  I have the same question for config.inc.php

  When I use a hosted server i use the following permissions:
  
  config.inc.php : 400
  
  content directory : 700 ( and the dir is outside the /www directory).
