  unable to upload courses v163

  trying to test v1.6.3. but according to the docs thier should be some method of importing courses but system menus only show methods of exporting.
  
  How does one import a sample course like the "how to " or one of the scorm sample courses.
  
  the docs should have a step by step method as the majority of instructors are not coders.

  thier is no manage tab under admin logon or instructor

  You are not logged in as an instructor of the course into which you want to import content, if there is no manage tab.
