    Content release datetime question

    Hello. I have 1.6.2 installed and I was wondering if there was a way to...

    1.) Have content "close" at a specific date time. Like how you can set up the Tests and Surveys to only be available during a certain time.

    2.) Set up a recurring schedule where content becomes available three times per week (or something like that). Could CRON be involved?

    Re#2 If you can program php, you could create a module to run with Cron. Have a look at the module developer documentation for details about creating a cron script.

    I actually meant if there is a way to close it's availability at a certain time... not make it available.

    Any ideas on that one?

    ah, sorry - my bad :) no idea on that one, other than closing the whole course, but that's probabaly not what you're after..
