Assign different groups to one course
Is there any way to assign different groups to the same course?. I tested the functionality with "groups" but I think it is limited to how certain features gold, blogs, etc..

I'm not sure I understand. You can have as many groups as you like in a course. Yes. Groups only use features that designed to be used by groups. Not every feature is usable by groups.
