Old themes won't work
We've replaced the old course customization tools with a more adaptable templating system of creating themes. See the readme in the themes/ directory.
You can save your old stylesheet and header and cut and paste them into the new system once you've upgraded.
Have you attempt to use ATutor 1.4 with pnATutor? What was the result? -

It appears to be working so far with Cas's latest onATutor release.
I have been doing some customizing of the theme.cfg.php file to limit what students will have access to. Having multiple forums and private messaging systems might be confusing for them.
I moved the sitemap (and tests) up to the user_nav section and deleted the rest (other than the pull down and Jump button.
In header.tmp.php there was only 1 target="_top" that needed to be changed to target="_self" to keep it in the portal
I'll have a few questions for you later in the week.
