Hi,
The student will confirm your mail, choose a course "private" and sought to enroll. The "../users/private_enroll.php" is blank (although the instructor receives notice that a registration to be confirmed), but dont student dont see "private_enroll.php" ?

Try to generate the blank page again, and have a look at the end of the php error log and see what it says.

Bad news. Not generate the "error log" on page "Error Logging" in the Administrator.

The php error log is setup in php.ini. You need to turn it on, then restart the Web server.
Search google if you need details on turning on php error logging.

The "../users/private_enroll.php" should return a blank page.
"/users/private_enroll.php?course=xx" should not.
