    Content Directory

    Hello,

I am having content directory issue during installation. The first 3 steps are ok. On 4th step it says:

    *
    Content Directory

It has been detected that your webserver does not support the protected content directory feature. The content directory stores all of the courses' files.

Due to that restriction your content directory must exist within your ATutor installation directory and cannot be moved. Its path is specified below. Please create it if it does not already exist.

I have tried creating the directory called "content" in various folders, including my web root, within ATutor and also within ATutor install and have given the IUsr_machine account the "write" rights but still, with no success.

Another thing, the default path shown in this step is \content but the text box is not editable. So I am unable to try an alternate path.

    The environment is as follows:

    Operating system - Windows XP
    ATutor version - 1.6.2
    PHP version - 5.2.8
    MySQL version - 5.1.31
    Webserver & version - IIS 5.1

    Please help!

    Thanks in advance

    Iqbal

    Re: Content Directory

ATutor will not work with an IIS 5 PHP installation. There have been a few reports of it running with IIS 6+, but we recommend using Apache instead.

    Re: Content Directory

nohar, have tried upgrading ATutor2Go installation to 1.6.2?

It would be good if someone in the community would update ATutor2Go, and make a new download available.
