  Two email addresses on one user account

  Hello everyone. I'm using 1.6.2 and I was wondering if it is (or could be) possible to have two emails associated with one user account. The idea is to have email notifications go to a student and a parent (for example).
  
  I tried just entering a 2nd email address into a user account, but it said the email address was invalid.
  
  Any ideas/suggestions would be great.

  Currently only one email.
  
  If you know a little php, or someone who does, it shouldn't take to much to create a "mail to parent" feature. A little module would do it.
