  install nothing written to configincphp

  Just did my first install of atutor. 1.3.3
  IIS5 on Win2K server
  PHP 4.3.6
  Everything went smoothly, no errors, MySQL tables all set up. Step 5 said include/config.inc.php is writable and data saved successfully. Step 6 says done, but when I go to login from there it says that atutor not installed. Looked at config.inc.php, and nothing had been written in there. Tried install several times.
  
  Anybody have any ideas?

  Sorry, fixed it

  It was the permissions on config.inc.php. Even though right clicking showed it as writeable... changed Windows permissions for "Everyone" to full access, reinstalled, and all worked.

  Fix it but Don't Display anythings

  My system
  IIS 6
  Os Windows 2003
  php 4.3.3
  Mysql 4.0.13 -nt
  atutor 1.4
  
  I fix it follow the answer my config.inc.php is ok But when i 'm go to login It 's does not display any things on my browser
  Anybody have any ideas
