  Hi, I've installed ATutor 1.3.3 on an Apache/2.0.49 (Debian GNU/Linux) PHP/4.3.4 machine.
  The following message appears on login:
  *-*-*-*-*-*-*-
  Warning: Unknown(): write failed: No space left on device (28) in Unknown on line 0
  
  Warning: Unknown(): Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/var/lib/php4) in Unknown on line 0
  *-*-*-*-*-*-*-
  I think its- the HD full. You too?

  Apache 1.3 only

  We can not support Apache 2 installations at this time. Use Apache 1.3*, which has more stable PHP support.

  the error msg would suggest that your HD is full.
  
  or rather, the partition that PHP uses to save temporary session information is full.
  
  it's usually /tmp/ but from your error message it would suggest that it's storing the session files in /var/lib/php4
  
  you might want to change that to /tmp/
