Forbidden Accsess after upgrading to 162

Operating system ATutor is installed on - Linux 2.6.11.4-21.17-default
ATutor version - 1.6
Patch #s applied -
ATutor theme name -
PHP version - 5.2.6
MySQL version - 4.1.22-standard
Webserver & version -
Copies of error messages -
Changes to default settings -
Web browser being used -
...and anything else relevant -
I just tryed to upgrade from 1.6 to 1.6.2 and it failed
As I call the page now it comes up with the following message:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Someone has a idea whats wrong with the permissions?
