You should already be able to use it on a PDA, and if you wanted to improve support for small screens, its just a matter of creating a theme specifically for small screens.
We'd probably leave it up to the community to create such a theme, as it is something that should be doable by a knowledgeable HTML/CSS person. We tend to take on ourselves the work that requires more complicated programming activities, and leave the less complex tasks, such as a PDA theme, up to the community to create..
