Dont send mail for comfirmation or Forgot your Password

Web browser being used - Firefox and IE6 and IE7

Hello, I have some problem with send mail
1.- Dont resive student confirmation mail even they look message that had send it.
2.- Dont recive confirmation mail when you want recover your password.
3.- In Admin case system says Dont Exist mail on database, I check in Mysql data base and exist.
