    File Storage error URGENT

If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.

    Things to describe:
Operating system ATutor is installed on -
    ATutor version -
    Patch #s applied -
    ATutor theme name -
    PHP version -
    MySQL version -
    Webserver & version -
    Copies of error messages -
    Changes to default settings -
    Web browser being used -
    ...and anything else relevant -

    Hi

We have uploaded several files within the file storage section of a course however when I try to add a new file it comes up with the following error....

Warning: move_uploaded_file(/home/relliott/lab-contentfile_storage/4/134) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/relliott/public_html/lab/file_storage/index.php on line 361

    Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phpuGtwH9' to '/home/relliott/lab-contentfile_storage/4/134' in /home/relliott/public_html/lab/file_storage/index.php on line 361

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/relliott/public_html/lab/file_storage/index.php:361) in /home/relliott/public_html/lab/file_storage/index.php on line 383

We also have a second problem with the files in the file storage section. When you try and download or save a file all that appears is a blank page (even though the size of the file is listed next to the file name). It is happening with all our courses.

Any help would be appreciated as we have a course starting tonight.

    Thanks
    Karen

    Hello Greg

I think Harris has already seen to this issue personally. We purchased a few support tickets yesterday, this thread must have just been pushed back a little bit.

    Cheers,
    Rury
