See the Handbook. Search for information on the [media] tag.

Hello,
finally, i found it.
now, can you tell me, witch video format do you suggest for using i courses content?

You probably want to use mpeg video.
FYI There's a link to the handbook in the ATutor footer area. Type a couple keywords in the search at the top of the handbook, and what you're looking for will probably be in the first couple pages of the results.

ok.
sorry for my easy questions. i'm new in atutor.
i searched in internet for best video format in web.
i found there is some format that is used in web, for example: flv, swf, mov, wma,rm, mp4
as you build atutor, i want to know your idea about best format.

Use whatever supported format you like. Again, you probably want to use mpeg.
