Problem with step 6 while upgrade

  Problem with step 6 while upgrade

  I am trying to upgrade from version 1.6 to 1.6.1.
  the upgrade process went well till i reached step 6 "Step 6: Content Files", where i get the output in the screenshot
  I also tried to upload a new copy of the ustep6.php but i still get the same error..
  
  
  Things to describe:
  
  ATutor version - ATutor-1.6.1_pl1
  PHP version - 5.2.6

  It's difficult to say what the trouble is without more information about the system. Try installing again with a fresh download, or try on a different system .
