Atutor installed in Intranet problem
I have installed Atutor successfully but when it redirect to login the screen just show blank screen. And When I try to access it by it home page, it also so blank screen too.
Would you be so kind and advice?
My installation are as following:
Operating system: Windows 2003
ATutor version - 1.6.1 pl1
Patch #s applied - default
ATutor theme name - default
PHP version - 5.0
MySQL version -
Webserver & version - IIS V. 6
Web browser being used - firefox 3.0.1

During installation there is a warning that cannot write to config.inc.php then I change the share authorization of all user to write.
After install the file is bigger but it seem that there is not DB_USER and all the fields then I make change as attached But it still not work.
