    NEW SIGN Up I just need to ask a few questions please

    If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.
    1. What operating system do I need to install on my webserver?

    2. I would like to sign up for installation and support but I want to talk to someone first.
    Does anybody know how to get hold of a person to talk to?

    Patch #s applied -
    ATutor theme name -
    PHP version -
    MySQL version -
    Webserver & version -
    Copies of error messages -
    Changes to default settings -
    Web browser being used -

    Be sure to review the documentation, and search the site first for answers to your questions, before posting them here.

    Thanks, how do I change my email address?

    Before I sign up for $600.00 support I would like to know what the requirements are so I can get the proper hosting for the installation.

    Also I want to know if this is ecommerce enabled?

    What I want to do:

    Payment option for students by PayPal so they are allowed to take after payment.

    Ability to print their completion record of a test.
    Other questions later.

    Would all these questions be answered after I pay for support? Thanks.

    Change your email through
    MyAtutor>Manage

    The documentation describes the requirements:
    http://www.atutor.ca/atutor/docs/requirements.php

    If you need paypal support, the ATutor Payments module would need to be installed, and linked to an account PayPal account.

    Please explore the atutor.ca site. I would imagine the majority of your questions will already be answered. All the tools and information required to manage an ATutor system can be found throughout the site by either browsing or using the search tool.

    Are the modules charged separate? If I sign up for Install for $100.00, is there additional for the payment module to be installed, and for other modules that I would need?

    The reason I'm asking, I don't know much technically, but I really like the site and it has most of what I need, and I'm willing to pay for extra fees, because I don't know how to install or do anything like that.

    I'd suggest trying to install the modules yourself. Most are fairly straight forward. After downloading one, and unzipping it, see the "readme" file included with the module source code for install instructions etc..

    If you do end up needing some help, you might get a Support Ticket 3 Pack ($175). Use one for an install, and one per module. Left over tickets can be used any time.

    If you are referring to the payments module (see it's readme file), is your paypal account already setup?

    I already have a merchant account with paypal. I need help for someone to do this all for me so that it is ready for me to write courses. Can you do this for a fee Greg?

    Ok, just signed up for Linux hosting. But I dont' know the Webserver & version ?
    I'm ready to sign up for install support.

    You will need to send us you login and mysql username and password. We'll take a look to be sure the server is compatible (probably Tues/Wed), and confirm your service request then. info//AT//atutor.ca
