  What happened to the Print Compiler

  I am using 1.3.3 but I can no longer find the Print Compiler. What happened to it?
  
  I searched the latest version of the How-To course, but no mention of the Print Compiler. I searched the Change Log, and I don't see any reference to the removal of Print Compiler.
  
  Can someone let me know if this feature is still alive and how to access it on 1.3.3.?

  Content packaging replaced the Print Compiler

  Any easy way to print off entire course

  Using the Content Packaging feature, you export the contents in the form of a zip file. Within the zip file, there are the individual course content pages in the form of HTML files.
  
  But, is there an easy way to print off the entire course, with this?
