Help....went into the system admistrator to change the password and the new password i put in will not let me log in? What do I do now? Is there some way to retrieve this? There does not seem to be a link to click on if password is forgotten? Appreciate your assistance.

With 1.6.1 just released, its probably easiest to just upgrade. That will take care of the login problem.
Or you can manually, in the database, reset the ATutor default theme as the system default, in the themes table. Then install the patcher module and apply the appropriate patches.

Thanks Greg, if we upgrade from 1.6 to 1.6.1 what happens with all info in the older version? All transfers across ok?

Is there another way? I cannot understand that the password i reset will not let me log in and the old password is now invalid as well? There does not appear to be a prompt to send password if forgotten?

There is another way as I described above.
Your password has not change, but they were encrypted in 1.6, which requires a script in the login screen to interpret the encrypted passwords. The theme you are using is missing the script. If you run the patcher, it will insert the script for the theme.
If you upgrade, your data all stays the same. There's a reminder on the login screen submenu.
