Upgrade to 161 quick question
Does running a svn update equate a 1.6.1 install now, or should I reinstall?

At this moment it would be the same as a 1.6.1 install, but not for long. There's a bunch of new code in the works that will be committed shortly, and potentially make things unstable again.

Tried to install 1.6.1 after deleting Database but keep getting
ATutor appears to have been installed already.
