Quicktime
When I insert a MP3 with [media] my Firefox wants to download Quickime (!) to play it...
Also if I try to turn on sound in Chat Firefox insists on downloading QT.
Any suggestions?

You need to configure FF to open mp3 files in an app you have installed.
See in FF Preferences>Content>File Type>Manage -

OK. It is a FF issue. It plays ok in IE. Strange thing is that in File Type>Manage in FF there is no mention of MP3. I can't seem to add new extentions either. Also it does not seem like any existing extentions is configured to open in Quicktime, yet FF suggest QT only ... -

On Firefox / Ubuntu the MP3 plays fine with a Totem-plugin-viewer.
However if I try to stop (pause) the playing the application seems to "hang". I am not able to visit any other pages/tools and need to close FF and log in again...
