Hi, Although the feedback message after sending an email by the "Contact course instructor" form is "Succesfully", the email mesaage never arrives to instructor. However, when I use the "Course email" form, the emails arrive to everyone without any problem.
In addition, could you tell me how can I edit (change to visible) the hidden field (instructo's email) in the "Contact course instructor" form?

Edit in the instructor's profile.
Can't stress more the importance of complete information. It is difficult to help if we have to guess what system ATutor is running on.

Soooo... did changing the instructor's email address work? See the HowTo documentation if you do not know how to edit the instructor's profile.

Hi friends, The first thing i did was check the instructor's email address in the instructor's profile, it was ok, then, i tested it by using the "course email" form in the instructor's control center (Taught Courses), and the email message arrived to everyone (included the instructor's email address) without any problem, thus, it's so easy conclude that the problem is not the instructor's email address. The problem is specifically in the "Contact Course Instructor" form, by clicking in "Contact Course Instructor" link, from the browse courses page (Control Centre).
Also, the "Contact Course Instructor" form has the "To Email:" field status as "Hidden", and I haven't found out where can i change it to "Visible". Could you tell me where can I change the field status?

We've been attempting to track down this problem, but have not been able to reproduce the problem consistently. Works in some places but not other, on some servers, but not others. We're not going to be able to spend time on this at the moment, but will try to correct it by the next release.
