grammar cases in use of glossary terms

In some languges use of words from glossary requires addition of sufix when using glossary terms in situations when grammar cases must be applied. If sufix is added , glossary term becomes different from the term in glossary and it is not recognized. When sufix is not added it is grammatically incorrect which may force students to say:
Our instructor does not know grammar well ;)
Is it possibel to somehow find solution for that?

    Thanks,

After some experimentation teh problem maybe solved if question mark that shows presence of glossary term is on teh right side of glossary term which may enable showing up of sufix that comes after markup for glossary term.

If that is possible to do I guess it may solve teh problem.

Sorry, my mistake,. Teh solution will be if question mark may appear on teh left side of glossary term so sufix may be visible after markups.

    Thanks ,
