    [blue]Is there a way to have a central question database (i.e. one that can be accessed from multiple courses)? If so how would I go about getting that feature? [/blue]

    You can copy questions between courses via backups, if that's what you need. You'll get independent clones that way.

    Enabling access to the same questions will require changes in the SQL queries (in the simplest case) and, maybe, additional PHP code.
