    Fresh Install Blank pages

If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.

    Things to describe:
    operating system -Windows 2003 srv
version of ATutor - 1.6, latest build
    versions of php - 5.15
    version of mysq l -5.022
    webserver & version - IIS6.0
    copies of error messages -
    changes to default settings -
web browser being used - IE6
    and anything else relevant -

I have done a brand new installation without errors message.
Then any pages called are blank...
(Postnuke and moodle are working fine on the same web server.)

I have check the forums, but this problem does not seem to be reported in version 1.6 ...

    Any ideas??
    Thanks
    Voodoo

Blank pages are in my experience php related. Can you provide more details about your php settings etc. DId you try other browsers?

    Best wishes,

    Re: Fresh Install, Blank pages

This is a issue with IIS support for PHP, which is lacking somewhat. Though there have been reports of ATutor working with IIS 6, there have been many issues reported. Even if you do get it to work, we recommend Apache instead for production installations of ATutor.

Apache installs easy with a package like XAMP.
