  change default Announcement heading

  I'm wondering of anyone can help me change the default or initial Announcement Heading from "Welcome to Atutor" to whatever is relevant (such as welcome to Holistic Courseware"
  I know the heading can be changed by the instructor after it first appears but I would rather that even the initial default heading be relevant to the course or at least the teaching place and NOT have to be changed by the instructor
  I'm sure this would help a good many people!

  operating system -linux
  version of ATutor -ver 1.5.5

  I'd change it in the language file. log in as admin -> sys prefs -> language -> editor (or similar), search for the term, and edit in your text instead.
